Happy Halloween! I haven’t celebrated in years but I’m hope you guys enjoy yours. I’ve already gotten my bag of goodies (at the grocery store) and made plans to dodge every trick or treater that comes my way. Maybe I’ll watch Asian horror movies if I man up a bit (don’t count on it).

I promised I will be dedicating this week’s round up to Tara because I called her a non-gamer. Gomen! However, nothing about the videos below have to deal with her (not really at least). ^^v

Square Enix really knows how to impress an audience. At Tokyo Game Show, they featured four Kingdom Hearts trailers, one of which was the upcoming DS game: Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

The trailer featured various mind blowing teasers that included Organization XIII members, the return of Riku and Mickey, various ass kicking and a new character, Xion. The drama didn’t just stop there, at the end the words “February 2009” flashed leaving me completely thrilled and depressed. Note that this is first to be released in Japan leaving the rest of us non-Japanese speakers to wait it out in the cold.

In addition to the DS game, Square Enix plans to release Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep for PSP and Kingdom Hearts 3 for rumored PS3, both of which are still TBA.

DBSK/TVXQ member Jae Joong will star in a Korean-Japan joint drama called “Heaven’s Postal Delivery Man” with female counter part by Han Hyo Joo (Iljimae).

Jae Joong’s will play a mysterious postman (from Heaven) that delivers the messages from dead relatives/friends’ to the living. Han Hyo Joo will be a pure, innocent girl who has recently lost her lover, but hasn’t forgotten him. The two end up working together at the same job and slowly fall in love. How cliché.

There is a kissing scene where one of them (it’s not said who) says to the other “I want to kiss you” which is then followed by a romantic kissing scene. Sounds cheesy but I’m excited to see it since Jae Joong has rehearsed the drama seven times and his acting has been said to have improved significantly.

The series will be a “telecinema” (tv series and movie) made up of 7 different stories with “Heaven’s Postal Delivery Man” as the first. It will officially air in May 2009 on SBS.

It’s almost Halloween! Even though I could probably still pass for a 12 year old, I’ve already stocked up on candy and made plans for the holiday. I’m looking forward to staying in and watching the Saw series even though I know I scare easily. However, I do foresee me chickening out last minute. Ha!

Also, again for the thousandth time, it’s Breast Cancer awareness so it’s not too late to get your pink on!

If I ever regretted being a human, it would be right now.

According to recent news, stationmaster Tama has raised 10 million dollars for a dying train station. She was originally a stray cat that was found by one of the station’s staff members. They had the brilliant idea of dubbing Tama as their stationmaster which eventually attracted a lot of tourism. As such, she was given her very own cat themed train. How fair is that?

This cat is definitely making its way up the ladder; possibly someday she’ll surpass Hello Kitty. She was recently featured on the Colbert show in a “Tip of the Hat, Wag of the Finer” segment. Colbert gave his “tip of the hat” to Tama and recommended that all the financial leaders be replaced with cute animals. I second that btw. Anything that’s adorable and can raise money is good in my book.

Paris Hilton has gone through best friends just like she goes clothes so now she’s in search of a new one in her MTV reality tv series, Paris Hilton’s My New BFF.

In the most recent episode, Paris flies off to Tokyo, Japan taking 4 of the contestants with her and leaving the remaining 8 behind. While she’s in Tokyo, the 8 left behind get into a little cat fight: one of the contestants, Onch (Asian male), offered to give one of the other girls a pedicure who then asked if he could really do pedis. Corrie butts in and states in a matter of fact tone “He is Taiwanese“. Talk about being racist. The other girls ended up ganging up on her telling her she was wrong and that racism is so gone. It did get a little out of control and Zui even threatened to stab her. Gg?

Throughout the entire time, Corrie never admitted she was wrong and kept saying that “Asians do nails“. Honestly if she admitted she was wrong it could have been avoided. Now I hope Paris eliminates her, not that she had a chance anyways. If you’ve been keeping up, she’s quite slutty.

It’s finally the weekend although that doesn’t stop the workload. Development has been working on something big (hint hint wink wink) so please check back for updates.

Also, there’s a new blogger if you didn’t know. His name is Jerry Chen and he’s an anime, jpop, basketball and game expert. Finally another gamer to join us! I felt a bit nerdy being the only one so far.

I somewhat enjoyed this weeks more than others in the past because most of the songs were pretty good (3 out of 5). Always a good sign right? As always enjoy this batch. I really do like finding these music videos every week for you guys so I hope you do too.

Heroes is supposedly one of the best shows out there (or at least according to TV.com) but it’s taken a beating lately as ratings hit an all time low. While season two didn’t do so hot either, you would think the slump would end this season (kind of like how the Yankees) but so far it’s a lost cause and there are now talks of cancellation. Oh noes!

All of this is quite shocking as the teaser this season was bad ass but apparently that’s all the action we’re going to get for now until the writers step it up. Honestly I think they’re still pissed off from the Writer’s Strike.

The pattern for Heroes the past two seasons is that it starts slow and ends awesome which may be the case but if ratings continue to fall, NBC might not let them see the end of the season. It just started too!

While my heart shatters for the shows continuing failure, I can’t stand to watch crappy shows.

MBC’s “We Got Married” is the result of putting a couple celebrities together to play pretend marriage. So far the show has been really successful and quite funny. Note that they are changing the name to “Sunday Marriage Show”.

In the most recent episode, they introduced some new couples Hwanhee/Hwa Yo Bi and Marco/Son Dam Bi. Instead of just hanging out with each other, they go on an “Ant Tour” trip led by Crown J with his mate Seo In Young and SolBi/Andy. They stop by the beach and hang out with each other at the sauna/hotel, all of which is really cute. There’s some dancing and random spanking but you have to watch to understand.

Well while they do that, the Alshin couple (Alex/Shinae) play parents with 4 babies! Ah! As soon as the original parents leave, two of the babies start crying and Alshin look miserable already. However they manage to get all the babies to fall asleep. Good parents right?

Diablo is one of the best MMOs I’ve ever played; however, it was unfortunate when Diablo II lost it’s novelty after I played it more than I would like to admit. So when Diablo III was announced, you can only imagine how psyched I was especially after hearing about one of the new classes.

One of the new classes is an Asian, female wizard. Not only does she have a better looking body than any gravure idol but her powers vary from disintegration, electrocution, teleportation, magic missiles and slowing time – most of which the original magic user (sorcerer) could do. But that’s probably just a sample of what she can do. The character page goes into more detail about her background but all I needed to know was that she’s bad ass.

Out of all the new addition in the game, I’m really looking forward to playing her especially since she’s a magic based character, sexy and Asian. Honestly, what more could you ask for? If she was real, I would probably marry her. But anyways next time I go to a convention, I plan to cosplay as her but don’t expect me to shoot lightening out of my hands (although I really wish I could).

The date of release is still unknown unfortunately but BlizzCon is going on right now so hopefully they’ll surprise us.
